Guest guest
When I have anxiety taking over I find a warm wash cloth with a few drops of essential oil of Lavender on my forhead works wonders. Breathing it in relaxes me. Essential oils are wonderful for panic attacks and social phobia too because you can have some on a hanky in your pocket and inhale the vapors when you need them.rejuvenatingme <rejuvenatingme wrote: Does anyone know of herbal or alternative treatments for any of the above?Federal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1.
