O'siyo (hello)

i used to get some pretty intense panic/anx attacks..for me what

worked were several capsules of Valerian every few hours and a

little kava..it would take about 2-3 days to get thru one but i

would be increasingly comfortable...i used to get them in groups

every few months...now maybe 1 every year or so..and now i use a

Tincture that i wildcrafted...and for me meditation has also made a

difference...some woman swear by Skullcap but i never found it to be

effective except for low level anx. i do not have social Phobia but

i used to be shy...hope this is helpful for you.

When I have anxiety taking over I find a warm wash cloth with a few drops of essential oil of Lavender on my forhead works wonders. Breathing it in relaxes me.

Essential oils are wonderful for panic attacks and social phobia too because you can have some on a hanky in your pocket and inhale the vapors when you need them.rejuvenatingme <rejuvenatingme wrote:
