Yesterday I started having ear ringing and tingling numb hands. I do

have fibromyalgia as I stated before but this is new.. any ideas.

Ear ringing and numb hands (for me) means my neck is out of alignment. A

quick chiropractic adjustment usually does the trick and I'm fine again.

Can you explain how to do this? I have two beeswax ear candles but they're just sitting there because I don't know how to use them.

 

And for anyone interested -- anyone who has ear or sinus problems -- I bought them at Arrowroot Natural Pharmacy (homeopathics, herbal teas/tinctures, supplements, etc.) -- and was amazed at how inexpensive they were. I have no financial interest in Arrowroot -- they happen to be just down the street from me -- but they do mail order. Just google them.
