Guest guest
Hi Mary, I basically used a 1:1 ratio with everything. Though, I upped the echinacea (and added a bit of tincture to the final product) toward the end when he just wasnt getting healthier. He swore by it and said if he kept sipping it all day, he could actually swallow. I just mixed it all up and put it together in a jar and labeled it " Throat Coat " . He thought I was pretty swell I'll tell you. I also added some lemon balm until I used it up, and lots of lemon to get rid of all the mucus in him or to at least help. I also ground the roots up with a coffee grinder. Seeing the " mucilage " left in the tea strainer really made him believe what I saida bout the herbs being demulcents. Sorry it wasnt an exact recipe!! Sarah herbal remedies , " Mary Ostrowski " <Odesign1@e...> wrote: > Sara Anne...This is a cool recipe !
