TN has a few things in it to build up your thyroid .Echinacea would be great and Total Tonic as well . Get Doc's tape and start some soaking and sprouting. You will get so much more nutrition from foods that are sprouted .It is cheap to boot . There are a couple of members here who have had great success handling hypothyroidism naturally .
