Guest guest
When doing vinegar or any acidy drink Make sure you follow with a big glass of plain water, and rinse your mouth with it before swallowing. Bragg's OACV is one of the most important things you can do for your health, Don't let anyone scare you off it. As long as you are diluting it as per the bottle instructions you should have no problems whatsoever. I had a friend who says she developed ulcers after using the Braggs, but upon questioning her further- it seems she was not diluting it at all - so no wonder. I can't imagine how she even got it down. zoe Saturday, November 11, 2006, 8:12:31 PM, you wrote: Do you mean straight vinegar? I am following Braggs course of drinking 2 tsp of vinegar with honey to taste and at least a cup of warm water 3x per day. Will that harm my teeth. After a month of using this I really notice a different in how I feel. My arthritis no longer hurts as bad.
