Guest guest
Thank you for your quick reply. I wanted to ask you about the humidifier. Is a humidifier good for allergies. My boyfriend suffers from allergies. It seems to grow worse at night for him. Thank you kindly. Diane Hi Diane, As the weather turns cooler and the humidity levels spiral downwards, skin, eyes and eylids and feet bottoms and heels and hand's have a tendency to become dry and itchy. I have found that by suggesting the uptake of pure water consumption, and the uptake of omega3's, people have found releif. Also the use of a room humidifer can be of great help. Please, no municiple water that contains fluoride and chloride, as these can be drying to the skin. Lynn
