Guest guest
thank you nora. I am going to an orthopaedic surgeon next week to find out what my options are for the disc problems. I just ordered a package online that feels exercising the muscles is the answer. After I try that I think a chiropracter should be the next option. But then how would I know WHICH one to go to? I live in a rural area and wouldn't want to go to the wrong one. Any website you can recommend to find a good chiroprator? rochelle Nora Gottlieb <nwgott wrote: dear Rochelle, Bulges on your back! Guest guest
My son went to Logan in MO. There other colleges that I don't know much about. You might try googling Logan Chiropractic College Missouri and ask them if one of their graduates is practicing near you. Guest guest
Hi Rochelle! I severely strained/hurt my back and the orthopedic doc said I would need a L4/L5 fusion to walk again. I was down for three months doped up on valium and percodan. I have read and heard first hand horror stories of this procedure and the doc said he would only give me a 5%, yes five percent, chance of it coming out right. So I opted out. I moved to a rural area and kept honey bees for a hobby and as you can imagine I got stung so many times I built a tolerance to the stings and they only raised tiny pus blisters at the sting site. Long story made short. Sometime later I strained/hurt my back again and had more x-rays that did not show any of the spurs and bulged discs I showed many years ago.. Later I found out that the honey bee stings are very good therapy for arthritis. Today I am pain free and only occasionally get a sore back, but never any spurs nor disc damage as before. Guest guest
Hi Bob, Thank you -but- can't say I want to get stung by bees. I'm only 49 and just found out this pain is from degenerative disc disease. Yeah for me. Trying to find some natural solution so I won't have to get the shots. Drugs do funny things to me so I'm scared of them these days. And definitely don't want the surgery. If you come across any other ideas, please let me know. I am so GLAD to hear you are free from this pain. It is truly interfering with my life. One site I visited today said if I change my diet and take a few gillion supplements daily on top of several other things it should take the pain away. So not practical. Have a nice weekend, Rochelle Staya Udanvti Bob Butler <CherokeeBo wrote: Hi Rochelle! I severely strained/hurt my back and the orthopedic doc said I would need a L4/L5 fusion to walk again. Guest guest
Rochell, I have spinal stenosis, severe pain in back & numb legs. I used a zapper I bought, and it DEFINITELY helps. Maggie www.worldwithoutparasites.com.
