Guest guest
You should be having more acupuncture, the minimum of weekly until it eases, I know because I had a similar problem with my shoulder after a motor acc ident. Take magnesium that will relax your muscles and help with the pain, you can purchase these at most health food stores or over the internet so no difficulty with supplies. Luv Marianne I would be very grateful for any other forms of treatment that could be of assistance. I do live in a remote area so getting supplies of some things may not be too easy to get, but I will certainly do my best to get whatever is suggested as a good alternative. many thanks Lyndall
Guest guest
I would like to know what forms of alternative treatments there are to help with treatment for a torn tendon in my shoulder. The pain is so bad >> I'll make two, kooky suggestions. Apply a cloth soaked in Castor Oil (then a plastic covering) and a heating pad. Or..the less messy suggestion is: take a bar of soap and put it under the sheet in the shoulder area, when you sleep at night. For some odd reason, this " soap therapy " actually seems to work for some folks. You might want to cut the soap bar in half longways so as to make it thinner.
