Guest guest
These might be some options for you Sambucol - black elderberry extract www.sambucol.com It is available at some health food stores or purchase online. Sambucol has been proven by research to fight viruses. Probiotics - but I don't know of a good liquid for children, just the chewables by Rhino. Probiotics help protect and fight bacterial infections. Vitamin C comes in liquid form and that may be beneficial. Building up the immune system takes time and there may be a few steps forward and a few steps back. Be patient and watch for small improvements. , " Maryann " <wcall5108 wrote: > > what could i get in liquid form to boost a 3 year olds immune system????-----scared to death of meds after the prednoknone??? prescription for cough i cant believe what some doctors prescribe the pharmists are more up to date on side effects > >
Guest guest
I would up the child's intake of Pureed Steamed Root Veggetables such as: Beets; Carrots; Turnips and also of Squaahes;Acorn;Yellow;etc. These Veggies have high levels of *Beta-Carotene. Beta-Carotene converted to Vitamin A when eaten. Flavor w/Maple syrup.
