I have stopped taking all my perscription drug and feel fine

what brand of supplements do you all find good to use like cq10?

ALso I hae been juicing and removed all egs and dairy from my diet and

95 per cent of meat and intend to become raw food 90 per cent of the

time SO the question is WHich brand of detox be it 28 day or 90 day

have people found the most effective? I have read of Dr Foster and Dr

Nutra and they both cost 400 dollars for their program and before I

spend that kind of money I want to know if anyone has had good luck

with them or any other brand of detox pills, powders or liquids

thanks BEV

I'm doing a detox right now and here's what my plan is. Also, I'm vegitarian, so

meat isn't figured in.

Days

1-3 fast on water and decaf tea (specifically the detox teas)

4-7 add green veggies (raw)

8-10 add fruits, 100% juices and other veggies (also, now one meal a day

may be cooked)

11-14 add whole grains (and cooked foods at personal discretion)

Through this time, I also use only organic products; take " FirstCleanse " ;

steam/sauna everyday for around 20 mins; yoga; and also sometime in the fast

period, I use an enema (gotta get the bad stuff out, before you put the good

stuff in is my logic). I'm pretty sure there's more too, but I just do it now.

If I think of anything else I'll letcha know.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Hi Bev,

I have done different detoxes on a regular basis and have had

good results. I have been researching the Dr. natura cleanse and

detox for a couple of year's, and like you, thought that 400.00 was

alot of money to pay for the three month program. But I finally

decided to go for it and boy am I ever pleased that I did! I started

the program on october 21st and this is by far the best cleanse and

detox I have EVER done:)

I eat a very health, wholefood, organic diet and consume plenty of

pure water, so I did not think that I would be seeing alot of garbage

coming out of my system, but boy was I ever wrong!

I will never do any other detox or cleanse after experiencing the

many benefits that I am now on Dr. Naturas program. it is well worth

every penny to me.
