I was looking for some answer about carrot juice and sugar

while juicing carrots. I found this study at http://www.hacres.com .

It is called The Effects of Carrot Juice on Blood Glucose Levels and

it was done by Dr. Michael Donaldson .

It is interesting reading but what is really important for me that

I can safely drink my favorite carrot juice and get more yellow and

orange.

Good luck to you all!

The Effects of Carrot Juice on Blood Glucose Levels

Carrot juice is an integral and potent part of The Hallelujah Diet®.

With its natural sugar content, questions abound as to the effects

of it on blood glucose levels. Likewise, there are questions about

whether sugar-sensitive people should refrain from consuming carrot

juice, or if they can consume it safely and receive all of its

health benefits.

Dr. Michael Donaldson of the Hallelujah Acres® Foundation conducted

a study to answer these questions about carrot juice, as well as to

determine ways to safely lower the blood sugar response to it. The

results are quite surprising and eye-opening.

You can read the brochure summary of the study here or the full

version here.
