But first just let me tell you something about my daughter. She was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, stage 3B at the age of 21. I was devastaed when she chose to go with 6 months of deadly chemetherapy, but vowed to do everything in my power to protect her cells/organs from this poison. Because of my diligence, she came out of chemo with flying colors! She never lost her hair and according to her oncologist was supposed to lose it all after the second treatment. She was never nauseated, never lost her appettite, never lost weight, her nails never turned black, she never cought a cold or bacterial infection, and the list goes on. In fact, her monthly cycles never stopped either, and during her last " treatment " , she became pregnant! Her oncologist had never had such a case, and as a result sent her to the U of M for test's, to make sure everything was going to be ok with the fetus. I knew in my heart that all would be ok:) Her pregnancy went wonderful with no complications and she gave birth to a 9lb 10oz baby boy who scored perfect on the apgars and was very alert! according to her nurse, they do not see many babies with such perfect scores anymore. This little guy could also support his head by himself for short periods of time. He just celebrated his second birthday and I must say that he is thriving. he has had only one bout of illness, and that was an ear infection to which I gave my daughter colloidal silver drops for. he is talking in short sentences and has a great attention span. He is a very active, strong little guy. It was not only the supplements that helped my daughter give birth to a healthy son, but her eating habits as well. fresh organic juicing in the morning and about 90% of her food intake was and still is organic whole foods. Her supplements were and still are barley Grass, spirulina, broken cell chlorella, Co Q10 softgels 100mgs per day, Optizinc , selenium, ester C, MSM, Flaxseed Oil, natural mixed vitamin E, B complex, and a small dose of Iron. Also a powdered magnesium/Calcium/vitaminD/potassium supplement. And a good probiotic and enzymes. This was her protocol when she was diagnosed with cancer as well, except we had her on MGN 3 too. Congratulations Lisa:) Lynn >
Guest guest
Hi! I took a prenatal pill made by Rainbow Light, which is sold at Whole Foods. I also took probiotics, krill oil and N-Acetyl Cystein starting after 12 weeks. I didn't take any vitamins at all except Folic Acid until 12 weeks. I just focussed on eating the right way until then because I didn't want extra things such as iron until the baby needed it at 12 weeks. Hope this helps. Guest guest
My standby (and I continue taking it while nursing) is Soloray's Baby Me Now. It has exactly the amount of each nutrient that is listed for pregnancy in the Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing. My midwife handled anything else as far as herbs and such if needed but I did take those vitamins and still do. Michelle
Guest guest
Dear Lynn, Thank you so much for your email! It was a great help. I am so sorry your daughter and family had to go through all that. That is unreal! I am so happy she is doing better now!! It goes to show you to count your blessings every day. Thank you so much for sharing your story with me. I will definitely use the things you named. I am such a believer in alternative medicine/healing. I knew there was a better way than the pharmaceutical prenatal garbage. Thank you again! Blessings to you and your family, Lisa Thank you, too, Sheryl!!! Take care!
