Guest guest
Hello-- Can anyone offer advice/solutions to the problem I am having? I have bone spurs on 3 of the vertebra in my neck. These bone spurs are pressing on my spinal cord and cause migraines, pain in my shoulder, numbness and tingling in arms/hands, and neck pain that is like a migraine in my neck. Every day, I have some sort of pain. The only option I've been given by traditional Western medicine is surgery to remove the spurs. I don't want to go this route, because since it involves my spinal cord, there is a risk of paralysis. Does anyone know of any alternative treatments to dissolve bone spurs that really work? Thank you in advance. --Jeff
Guest guest
Jeff,,Try the vinegar treatment on it. Use only the vinegar that has the mother still in it (not pasturized or filtered) Hot water and raw honey to taste. In fact there is a book you can get with a lot of these things in it and they have a web address...It's www.bragg.com you may be able to get more information there. I've never visited the site, since I have the book I just read. :-) but do give it a try It took the pain of arthritis in my wrist away overnight! I'll never use anything else for this. Guest guest
Hi, You might want to check out the possibility that you have a calcium to magnesium imbalance. I tried to find the info in Dr. Hulda Clark's book but could not locate it with the index. When there is too much calcium to magnesium (and you have to find the right magnesium for YOUR body) you start getting a build up or " spur " of calcium. If my memory serves me correctly, she suggested dropping off the calcium for awhile until the problem subsides. Also taking a little baking soda before going to bed will alcalize your body and that seems to help. Also, my mother had bone spurs and one day she tried my " zapper " (little machine I Dr. Clark recommends to kill parasites) and she said it really helped her heel where she had a very painful bone spur. (Don't ask me how this happened, just passing on the info.) These are just some suggestions for you to check out. Hope that helps. Sam " Rev. Guest guest
Hi could you explain this vinegar treatment. My DH has degenerative disk disease and underwent surgery 3 years ago. They removed his c5-c7. And replaced them with a tiatnium plate. He now has spurs growing and symptoms are returning. Thanks : ) , Ruth Fessel <lillianfessel wrote: > > > Jeff,,Try the vinegar treatment on it. Guest guest
- Hi Jeff...use one tablespoon of natural (with the mother in it) apple cider vinegar to a cup of water, heated, add raw honey to taste and drink it. do this three times a day. I don't know that it will specifically help bone spurs, but it sure knocked out my arthritis. so is worth a good try. (you may want to buy the bragg vinegaar book sold at bookstores I think. I bought one of mine at a health food store, and ordered one from the information on the bottle of Bragg's apple cider vinegar that I bought. Some stores don't carry that type of vinegar. go to the better stores, that carry organic type food. Hope this works for you...........Lillian -- In , " Michelle " <sabrinajellybean wrote: > > Hi could you explain this vinegar treatment.
