I have a lot of info stored on my computer at home, (after I was

diagnosed, I did a LOT of herbal research) but my internet is down...

If you would like me to dig some of it out for you, let me know and

give me a few days (Hughes says it will be 3-5 business days til they

can get a tech out to check my satelite dish) to get back to you...

Dr Michael Murray has a great book " How to Prevent and Treat Diabetes

with Natural Medicine " Very in-depth, I have a copy and I highly

recommend it.

The more I hear about Metformin side effects the more I think I may be

better off with the alternatives.

Hi all

I have been diabetic for several years and taking metformin. My liver

tests were getting worse and worse, my doctor sent me to a gastro

doctor who took me off the metformin instantly and put me on insulin

only. He says its very damaging. My liver tests have returned to

almost normal, I am feeling much better and my doctor is happy. Donna

I much to use supplements and diet over either diabetic meds or insulin.

My goal is to reverse my diabetic condition and the allopathic

approach can't do that.
