I 'm using 3-4 cloves every 8 hours.Mash up with honey and mix with peanut butter -eat it straight or on toast. follow with loads of tea. Detox, black or green( decaf ). Anything to get the circulation going. 2) Use a sea salt scrub for detox in the bath or shower or better yet, in a steam or sauna to move the toxins out by way of the skin. I do this twice a week. 3) I'm taking lots of vitamins and eating well . A good mulit, digestive enzymes, 4 grams of c thru the day and 10 grams of carlsons fish oil to deal with the inflamation that is created by die off. Helps with my nerves, mood, and depression. CoQ 10 sends much needed oxygen to my brain and helps with the brain fog, can't function without it. . I take 1,200 mg. % htp 400 mg for depression and sleep. 3) Hold off on making major decisions or stressful events during die off. It puts too much stress on your system. Glutathione is particularly useful and it is well-covered in the research as being your main detoxifier and antioxidant including being a drug detoxifier; selenium assists glutathione production.
