Guest guest
I just got a horrible cold. It started in my chest, went to my throat and now it's in my head too. In one day. I hardly ever get a cold or the flu. I remembered this recipe someone had told me years ago: Boil garlic and ginger for a couple of hours, then when it's boiled down and a strong broth, add it to tea with honey and, I think, apple cider vinegar. (I throw in a little vodka too.) Do you know this recipe? I don't remember it well. I just chopped the ginger into pieces, put in some whole cloves of garlic, some just crushed and some chopped. Am I doing this right? Am I right about the apple cider vinegar? I remember this garlic and ginger thing worked really well but it's been a long time since I needed it. Thanks, Donna PS: Yes, I'm taking echinacea, goldenseal, germanium 132, zinc, elderberry syrup, homeopathic cold and flu remedy and homeopathic cough medicine.
