Guest guest
I am a newbie in this group. Lot of my close friends have been using VIRGIN COCONUT OIL.It is known here in the Philippines for curing Cancers and other illness. I have been hearing some good feedback from those who have taken the OIL for more than two months (should be 3 teasponsfull 3 times a day). As for me,I felt energized after taking it but I only had it for one week then I stopped because I was having gas pain. Is there anybody out there who can say about this VIRGIN COCONUT OIL? What about Silymarin Milk Thristle supp;ements? Does it really help our liver? I have been taking it for 2 months now, on a 3 times daily basis, but I have not seen or notice any physical improvement yet besides from having an appetite to eat. I lost weight after I was diagnosed and I am looking for the right herbal meds or supplement that can help me gain weight. Any tips out there? thanks. Guest guest
Frank, the list owner says that coconut oil is not to be discussed here. So I can't say much. Guest guest
Hummm... that's really interesting! What's wrong with coconut oil?! I don't mean to discuss it... I was just wondering if Frank or you would care to explain why we cannot discuss it here! D. To all, I have nothing against Coconut Oil. I just do not want to put up with spammers or people who really know very little about fatty acids who only give selected partial information. Cococnut Oil is fine but I do not believe it should be used for most or even a large part of a person's oil intake. It has some good qualities and can be included in one's diet, but should only be a part of ones ingested oils, because it has 0 (zero) essential fatty acids. Most people are already low in some essential fatty acids and that is what they need to concentrate on to replace. Oils are so important that they can heal or they can kill. People should really learn about them in depth. Essential Fatty acids are called essential because they are essential for life and must be taken in the diet and cannot be made in the body. Almost all of the fatty acids in Coconut Oil can be made in the body from other oils. This the part left out by people who really don't know much about Oils (fatty acids) or do know and conviently leave out this information and just speak in sales terms they have read rather than real information.
