Need REFERENCE FOR PARAMEDIC ANALOGY RELATED TO CHOLESTEROL

It is a good analogy just can not find my reference for it.

 

I have paraphrased it besides, but enough might be recognizable to help me

find it.

 

" Instead lower sugar and grains, the actual reason the free radical are high

and cause damage to the arteries and veins and the cholesterol is like the

paramedics trying to fix the trauma after a road crash. Getting rid of the

paramedics does not stop the damage from being done. "

 

I have been using this reference since March of this year and I thought I

knew what book it was from, but I can not find it in " The Cholesterol Myths "
