Greetings everyone! {)

 

I just joined the group. My name is Cindee, I'm 41, I live in Northern

California. I can't believe I found this group. Stumbled upon it from

a current member's 360. I've been looking for a group like this for

some time to get ideas and info from others about Alternative Med. I

started to change the way I take care of myself about 4 years ago when

I became ill from foods. I'm still on the road to learning the healthy

alternative to eating and medicines, and find there is sooooooo much I

don't understand still. A group like this will be helpful to me.
