Question via St Johns Wort & Tyrosine

Hi,

I have a question on these two, and this has been eating at me a

while. I know the basic warnings about St Johns Wort, one of which has

been to avoid foods like cheese or the supplement tyrosine. Tho I

heard there has been some updated info awhile back actually, and I am

not clear on that part.

So .....what if a person needs both of these, would it be possible to

take tyrosine during the day, and St Johns wort in the evening? That

would also avoid the concern of sun and St Johns Wort, plus put hours

between them.

If not, is there any way these two can be taken, as I thought I

heard/read some of the fears they use to have over this herb turned

out to be not as big of a concern as initially thought to be.

Namaste,

Priitaa
