I soak them in 1 part water to 1 part berry to soften them, then liquefy

them in their juice with my Vita Mix, while adding 2 cut up whole lemons with

peel and seeds, Cayenne Pepper to taste and 1 can of Mangosteen fruit and it's

juice. I drink this every morning and it helps to get me going as I am a

Kapha (Dosha).

 

I also grab a handful right out of the bag a eat when I need a snack. Good

stuff!

They're said to be the most super-duper anti-oxidant on the entire

planet or somesuch. I bought some, and while they're not unpleasant

tasting, I didn't think they were particularly yummy, either. I don't

doubt that they're a healthy addition to the diet, but I much prefer

to consume anti-oxidant berries that taste good (strawberries,

blueberries, and raspberries).
