Guest guest
I recently had a blood cell analysis. We saw Candida fungus, parasites and red blood cells clumping. I was told to stop coffee and alcohol, no problem but I was also told to cut out grains, especially wheat and sugar. I already know not to eat dairy or soy. I made some re fried beans and rice and am going to make some lentil soup. Does anyone else eat this way who have food suggestions? Thanks! D. Guest guest
Meat, fish veggies which are low carb, leafy greens are good low carb foods. I'd stay away from beans, rice, and lentils. Lentils are about 30% by weight of non-fiber carbs. Alobar On 9/12/06, moonfish2007 <moonfish65 wrote: > I recently had a blood cell analysis. Does anyone else eat this way who have food suggestions?> Yep, I'm recovering from nearly dying from too many meds that shut down my digestive system. I was being " treated " for fibromyalgia. I eat Ezechial bread (already sprouted bread), pasta and cereal. I highly suggest " Eating Right for your Blood Type " by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo. My homeopath saved my life with this information. Please feel free to contact me. I've got a great story to share! Home #520- 647-0194 Cell #520-603-6874
Guest guest
just want to add that the book 'Nourishing Traditions' gives recipes for preparing foods so that they are optimal for eating. for example, nuts alone have enzyme inhibitors, lentils and grains have phylates... this book talks about how to prepare these foods in a way so that the toxic effects of the foods are displaced and only the nourishing qualities of the foods remain. Also, i would definilty talk to Rachelle, sounds like she has valuable info to share. Rachelle, i was having ezekiel bread for a while too. But i stopped because i saw that one of the ingredients is sprouted soy. after all i have read about soy, i am not comfortable even with the sprouted form. Now i eat mostly soaked spelt bread, I get it from a farm. As for soy, i have miso and tempeh because they are fermented. vandana , " Rachelle Ward " <rachelleward2 wrote: > > red blood cells clumping.
