Guest guest
I have been taking prescription drugs for my arthritis plus a pill for the pain too. To no avil. Plus I take alot of herbs and vitamins. My pain is worsing especially when climbing steps. If you need or ask I will supply a list of my stuff I am taking. But I am wondering what others take and if it has been helping? I have severe osteo arthritis in both knees and starting in my right hip. Plus there are other medical problems too, hence why I take alot of herbs, meds and vitamins. I sometimes worry if maybe some are counteracting against each other. If I am asking something I shouldn't, please tell me since I am new to the group. ty, Lish

Guest guest
LISH, I've been hestitating to post my story but you have given me a reason to now. I've had fibromyalgia for years, but not diagnosed with it until a short time ago. (fibromyalgia=much pain=the docs don't know what is wrong with you) I've been on every kind of pain medicine you can imagine. Some of which took me three tries and a month of puking and crapping myself on the bathroom floor, to get off of. I've been networking with many folks from all over the world for some time now. They all got together and raised funds to fly me out to Seattle to see another friend of mine, who just happened to be a homeopath and a very talented lady. When I arrived, I was 90lbs, had clumps of hair missing and was projectile vomiting everything (my digestive system was fried from all of the meds). Through several steps, she helped me to get my health back and get my pain under control. 1) Get off of the meds. 2) Detox the body 3) rebuild the body through vits, suppliments and herbs. I'm using the " eating right for your bloodtype " diet and I am back to walking, thinking straight and am a living testiment for alternative medicine. If you think about it though, its not really " alternative, " its natural. I wish you the best of health and will keep you in my thoughts. Please feel free to contact me. rachelleward2 ~Rocky
