Looking for Layman's Course on Killing Cancer book

I believe it was about 2003 that someone put a message on this site

about a book that was out of print (I think Canada) " Layman's Course

on Killing Cancer " .

 

The message was that whomever wanted a copy of it email that person

and give your e-mail address and he would send it to them. I had it

sent to me and had it on my computor, but lost it when I had to have

work done on my computor.

 

I know someone with cancer and would like to send them this book.

 

Does anyone remember whom that person that had the book might have

been so that I could e-mail them again to see if they would send it to

me, or does someone have this that might send it to me?
