Guest guest
I had terrible TMJ pain for years--I wore a splint for 3-4 years night and day, spent the money on the TMJ dentist who fixed imbalances. I had to ice my fact off and on all day to keep the pain to a manageable level. For me the fix was not with iodine (I didn't know about that and I am sure that is part of the problem), but having all my mercury fillings removed. I did that on the recommendation of a very good alternative doctor. The fillings were all replaced with composite. All of my TMJ went away.
