Does anyone know of any alternative meds to help pain or to fall

5 HTP whihc you can buy in most helath food stores really helped me

sleep better.

 

Grape seed extract is good for inflammation with causes the pain.

What is the cause/nature of the pain? (I know a few things but I need

to know what is causing it in order to give you any suggestions)
