Someone in this group recommended coQ10 to me about a month ago as

beneficial for my kidney disease. I've been taking it about a week and

I'd like to report that my energy levels are up markedly and my blood

numbers have improved. Remarkable!

What is your daily dose? 100 milligram? 600 milligrams

or 1200 milligrams?

 

Personally I use 300 milligrams in my supplement regimen.
