Guest guest
Vegas puts lid on soup kitchens Soup kitchens serving the homeless have been banned in the US city of Las Vegas with fines coming into force for anyone caught giving hand-outs in its parks. The city's homeless population has doubled in the past decade to about 12,000. rest here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/5226490.stm
