Guest guest
I have MULTIPLE eye diseases: occular surface disease, dry eye syndrome, keratocounus, cataracts, macular degeneration. Anyone know why fish oil is important for eyes? Any brand suggestions? Also, any other natural vitamins for eyes would be helpful. Thanks all! Guest guest
can't answer the first question, I've heard Natural Factors is very good. (you can test them but cutting open a capsule into a shot glass an putting it into the freezer, if it freezes solid, not good, thick and cloudy isn't bad as long as it isn't hard) as far as things for eyes, gingko, bilberry, blueberry and lutein for starters. (you can find combinations of these at most health food stores or at www.iherb.com) Cynthia , " live_to_tell_2004 " <live_to_tell_2004 wrote: > > I have MULTIPLE eye diseases: occular surface disease, dry eye syndrome, > keratocounus, cataracts, macular degeneration. > > Anyone know why fish oil is important for eyes?
