Lou Dobbs took a critical look at President Bush's use of signing statements.

An American Bar Association task force has determined that the president's use

of signing statements are a violation of the Constitution. Signing statements

are similar to a line-item veto which the Supreme Court said was

unconstitutional.

 

Dobbs quotes the ABA, " This is an outrage being perpetrated against the

Constitution of the United States. "
