member, Pat Risser. Pat was last years recipient of the

National Mental Health Association's highest honor, the Clifford Beers

Award.

hearing in California. This arrogant psychiatrist was on the witness

stand and felt so confident of his position that he sat there picking

his nose. I call it, " A Psychiatrist " Digging " for the Truth. " Heh heh.
