Guest guest
I was tested in a specialized clinic for chronic fatigue & was found to be at the top of the charts for heavy metal toxicity. I decided to try some chelation -it is quite expensive and made me feel worse. The Dr. showed me charts of people whose heavy metal toxicity started to go down after about 30 treatments ( minimally ) however , one metal would go down & another would surface because they hide in our tissues. The cost of chelation runs into the thousands & is never ending & painful. By the way you can have your levels tested by a Dr's script ( it's simply a 24 hr. urine - better than blood. Anyway, I did research & found out the best way to remove toxins is through sweat. I purchased through the internet a portable FAR Infrared Sauna for about $395 US . I used it about 5 times a week, and in 2 mos. eliminated my problem. ( I also abstained from seafood .Needless to say my chelation Dr. was quite amazed. If you can't afford a sauna you can rig one up with a radiator in a very little room , such as a small bathroom. You must keep in mind, these toxins hide in the fat cells of our bodies, especially our brains. This has helped my CFS considerably. I also eat a high protein diet & stay away from sugar, which is deadly for us & all processed foods. It is also very important to elimiate as many toxins from your environment as possible. Our goal is to build up our immune systems. My first serious bout was in 1979 lasting approximastely 4 yrs. Then in !992, duration 3 yrs. And again in 2003, which is still active. All of these times, I regained my health through natural methods. My husband is a physician, therefore I have tried many different treatments from IV's to hundreds of vitamins & pills. So, in a nutshell, healthy food, lots of fresh air, sunshine & detox is working for me. Don't forget the spiritual component . Have faith & don't give up! It is so easy to give into the despair of this dreadful illness, however we shall fight this battle together. God Bless You All!
