I found this a little strange for the CME Director of the Alternative

Therapies in Health journal to have these views of herbs.

*Steven Craig Schachter, MD, CME Director*

and Associate Director of Clinical Research Division for Research and

Education in Complementary and Integrative Medical Therapies, Harvard

research and education at Harvard Medical School and within his chosen field

of neurology and epilepsy. He brings rigor, compassion and the highest

quality to our medical education and CME offerings.

One of his quotes;

" Remember, just because something is natural doesn't mean it's safe. Take,

for example, poison ivy. "
