Guest guest
You never know what you will find on this list. Bobbye I am so glad you mentioned this. It rang a bell for me...my SIL went through a major iodine intolerance while on Lupron. I forget how she figured out it was the iodine, but I do recall the hell she went through. She and my brother are big hiking, roughing it folks so she was using iodine frequently especially on Alaskan hiking vacations. The only hiking I do is in the Smoky Mountains a couple of times a year so I don't get into the whole water purification need. BUT we do tend to drink bottled water a lot. I am currently going through some female problems that have got me down. The main thing is that Lupron seems to be my docs favored approach and I know it will basically put me through menopause, hence, when you said iodine I went 'hey' (light bulb). The next step would possibly involve surgery and I am wondering about that iodine solution that might be used. Hmmm... Thanks again for just mentioning that. Thank you,Bobbye
