I sure hope you can get 'em! I know that in China, you wouldn't have a hope in hell. They make their own rules up there and even break contracts willy-nilly and there are NO reprocussions!

 

Yes I know, Taiwan is different. I sure hope you can make your displeasure felt and make them stop!

Right you are on that. There are many nice young Taiwanese who are my

customers as well as friends. And one notified me some time back of an

co-op buy that had purchased my oils and was doling them out (I've dealt

large ones in the past) but were offering two EO (and getting complaints

on those two EO) that I've NEVER EVER sold. To make a long story short,

I stopped doing co-ops there. It was not an easy decision because some

purchases were in the 5 digit range .. with no cents counted as digits.

But I must keep a handle on what oils I sell to whom when a co-op of my

products is ordered. I stand behind what I sell but I can't deal with

commericial grade crap being sold under the guise of being my products.

No question about it. I am HOPING that this person is operating from

ignorance rather than an attempt to deceive. I have sold many EOs to

customers there .. and as is the case of the many retailers I sell to in

the USA, they rebottle them in their own labels .. but NOBODY in the

world has authorization to use my name, labels, logo, etc. I have no

problem if they want to mention that they purchased this and that oil

from Anatolian Treasures .. there is a reseller in Australia and one in

the USA that makes such claims .. but they both rebottle in their label.

Thanks and right on in your statement. I've had a half dozen requests

from folk in Taiwan .. and in many other countries .. for representation

of Anatolian Treasures. I've never allowed it because I can't ensure

they would do it as I wish and I'm not easy to satisfy. But I think few

who know me could possibly misunderstand enough to think I wouldn't buy

a ticket if necessary to make things right in another country.

Thankee .. I am still sorta having a hard time believing this crap could

go down. Here in the American AT community there's a constant struggle

between ethics and economic gain .. some folks win the struggle but some

others lose it. But to be so blatent as this thing going down now tells

me (I want to believe) that some young kid has just screwed up through

not knowing rather than attempting to deceive.

 

My Eagle has great significance to me .. He can amd will reach out to

folks when they least expect it. ;-p
