Guest guest Posted May 11, 2006 Report Share Posted May 11, 2006 A friend of mine had trouble sleeping...complained for a couple of years,,finally I asked, " when are you taking your vitamins? " she " answered at night with my biggest meal after work, late usually. " I said , " eat a large enough breakfast so you can get your vitamins down with your stomach not complaining, the b complex energizes you among other things and is keeping you awake!
