[DitzisDumpster] Seniors need Medicare without headaches!

A bill now filed in the Senate would finally simplify the Medicare

drug plan. Its about time lawmakers started to focus on this.

I just wrote to my Senators and told them to get this bill moving.

The Medicare drug benefit is extremely confusing for seniors and their

families, due to the scores of private plans and the confusing price

structure. The new Senate proposal will help make the Medicare drug

benefit much simpler by offering an alternative a Medicare-operated

drug plan that will have predictable premiums, co-pays and a

dependable list of covered drugs. It will also save taxpayers money by

allowing Medicare to negotiate the best possible drug prices for

seniors--just as the VA does for veterans.

Please take a second to help me get this ball rolling!

We have grasped the mystery of the atom and rejected the Sermon on

the Mount. Ours is a world of nuclear giants and ethical infants. We

know more about war than we know about peace, more about killing that

we know about living.
