Guest guest Posted May 9, 2006 Report Share Posted May 9, 2006 I have started using cinnamon, chromium, B vitamins and vitamin E and have noticed a big drop in my blood sugars to more normal range. Any other sustances? Also, what for high BP, other than garlic? I like fresh garlic. How much? New to this site, so hi all. Diagnosed with diabetes last week and almost in a normal range in 5 days without insulin (which the doc wanted me to use) with a very low dose of pills and hope I can stop them eventually, and the remedies above.
