I know that before anything else the reason must be there before the method. If a person really wants something they will move heaven and earth to get it -so to fortify the WHY is more important than the HOW. Next, the use of anything to detoxify is helpful -like massive doses of Vitamin C ,has helped many not only with smoking but also heroin. There were some studies done years ago (perhaps Dr.Stone?) that were most convincing. Another method is the Pavlov's dog method.Retrain the brain. Some have had success using lemons. Buy a bag of bitter lemons. When the desire to smoke comes along -cut a lemon and suck it.AAARGHHH shock!! :-( > Gradually the brain will associate pain with the craving instead of pleasure. > All the best. kim > > > > > Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger.
