Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I have a question, I hope someone on the list can answer. In '97 I had a Modifyed Radical Mastectomy, the Dr. removed 18 Lymph Nodes. Needless to say, I have Lymphedema, in my right arm, I keep it under control with Massage and wrappings. Now to my question. The Cancer was diagnosed as Estrogen Positive. So I can't do HRT. I know some EO's have Estrogens in them, and I was wondering if someone knows if I can use them? I work at a Medical Clinic, and have asked 2 dr's and they didn't seem to know! And they are Onacologists! If someone can advise I'd apreciate it! I'd love to get some of the Sages and stuff and have been holding off doing so! Kick it up a Notch! Enjoy Life! Rachelle Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. Guest guest
Okay, I'm no expert in this area, But. From what I understand (and at this late hour: Well late for me, my understanding is very weak) if you are to avoid estrogen products/medicines then you should avoid Estrogen plants and oils. Clary is one of those oils that is a no-no. So MY answer (and I would check it with Aromatherapists who are more qualified to answer in this particular area) is stay away from them, it's not worth the risk no matter how small. Off to bed, The morning is almost nigh! >Yaaawwwwnnnnnn< Cheers!
