Guest guest
Hi y'all, Long ago I lost my temper in posts to both Tony Burfield and Kendra .. to a point that I was on the verge of buying a ticket to London and kicking some ass. But later, I determined that they weren't worth my time and I began to ignore both of them. And I knew that they weren't getting through to that many people .. you can't mesmerize many people with bullshit but just so long. On Idma, it was obvious that the Burfield-Kendra tag-team were trying to use EcoTerrorist tactics. I believe people have the right to champion any political cause they wish but those two were assuming that its OK to slam the ethics of others if they can cloak their cause in politically correctness and use that excuse to slam those who think differently than they do because their cause was " righteous. " Kendra suggested embargoing any company that sold oils from plants that Tony had listed on his site as being endangered .. even though they did not have their shit together when making the list. It was an attempt to establish him as the new Ralph Nader of ecology. What's the difference between this and the times in history when people published lists of who did business with Blacks, Jews or Indians? The ideas were politically correct at the time even though they were based on personal opinion. And where do we draw a line when we start that crap? What happens when the anti-alcohol crowd wants to list those they saw wobbly at the last AT conference. And we might as well add a list of who is doing it to who at those conferences too .. that will satisfy the holy rollers. ;-p Folks who try to come across as morally superior don't bring harmony to a list .. rolling in self-righteousness upsets and intimidates most of the members. And those who would normally protest such behavior keep their mouth shut for fear of appearing to not champion the cause of the day. Its amazing how some folks can be selective in condeming behavior of others because of their cause - huh? Basically, Idma had turned into a forum for BULLIES .. a term Burfield loves to use to describe anyone who opposes his less than well-thought out ideas. No list should ever be used by self-righteous left or right thinkers to champion their causes by putting down those who don't think as they do. Those people who climb on soap boxes, cry wolf and cloak themselves in idealistic and/or altruistic motives bear watching .. behind the facade they might be serial killers and baby rapists .. as a minimum, they are hiding some aspects of their own personality that bothers them. ;-p Y'all keep smiling, Butch http://www.AV-AT.com

At least weekly you can watch television or read a newpaper/magazine containing one more story about a serial killer or pedophile that had been thought of by neighbors and friends as being such a " good, moralistic, religious person " . These people are ALWAYS hiding something!!!
