Guest guest
Well I wanted to let y'all know that I got a day job again! The company I worked for when I was pregnant with my son (and for a while afterwards 'till the project ended and I opted to not pick up another project at that time) called me back into service - they don't even care that I am pregnant and due early March! I start on January 27th. I'll be working for them 3 days a week, so on those days I won't be answering e-mails during the day, but I will still be online at night and running the company (A Little Ol'Factory). I'm kind of excited! *Smile* Chris (list mom) FREE Salt! January Special http://www.alittleolfactory.com
Guest guest
Congratulations, Chris. What kind of job is it? I keep thinking of finding something for just a couple days a week, but that is pretty difficult around here and at my young age it makes it even harder. I do so miss being around people. But this retiring can be addictive. No more rush, rush, rush. Hope your pregnancy is going okay. Think of you often. Blessings and love, Effie >Well I wanted to let y'all know that I got a day job again! Guest guest
Thank you Effie Its office work in downtown Denver - the position is Document Control Specialist for an engineering firm that has a contract with AT & T laying fiber optic cable across the country. Last project I was on with them I was in the same position and they were doing a countrywide fiber optic cable laying project for Level3. This project is contracted at the moment through mid 2004. It has its plusses and minuses, but right now the plusses are big ones Thank you for all the well wishes and lovely thoughts! *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com Effie Humburg [britchs] Thursday, January 16, 2003 2:48 PM Re: OT: Wow! Guest guest
Thank you Ann and Becky, I promise to take it easy, and since I am pretty much in charge of my 3 day schedule I'm considering doing the every other day routine - Mon, Wed and Fri that way I get a day off in between each work day to make sure I'm not over doing it - both before AND after baby *Smile* Chris (list mom) <http://www.alittleolfactory.com> http://www.alittleolfactory.com B~R~M~ *Mi Familia* [sepblnkts] Friday, January 17, 2003 10:40 PM Re: OT: Wow!
