Carol,

The "real" name is Methylsulfonylmethane but you always hear it referred to as MSM. It is MSM is an organic sulfur compound (not to be confused with sulfa drugs) that exists to some extent in all living things and is a basic nutrient required for the proper body functions. It has a wonderful ability to relieve pain.

 

My hubby is in desperate need of a knee replacement but trying to hold on until closer to retirement. Without this cream (I make it at the highest %) he could not make it through a day at work. My mother has rheumatoid arthritis and finds it helps take the edge off that horrible pain. Like I said, my sis has suffered terribly with migraines for years and uses the cream for her migraines. Rubs it in the minute they begin and they seem to stop within minutes.
