Hi Chris,

I just wanted to let you know that I tried your turkey brine recipe on Thanksgiving & it was great. So, I tried it again for Christmas & again it was great - the turkey comes out moist with a very good flavor. The only thing I didn't have (don't tell Butch - I need to get some on one of these orders) was the Oregano eo. Substituted with the plant. I didn't do the aromatic stuffing portion, I rubbed down with butter & seasoned the skin & then I took part of Martha Stewarts recipe for baking.
