Guest guest
Hi everyone, It is me again and I have another question. I am sure that there are many of you out there who have already gone through this experience and so I am wondering if you have any comments or suggestions. An opportunity has been suggested wherein I have been offered the chance of carrying out my services from the established offices of a Chiropractor in the Town where I live. He has asked me to put a proposal together for him regarding the arrangement that would exist between us. The things that I have thought of that should be included are: - compensation (he has agreed that initially he would be willing to a commission arrangement with a minimum and maximum payment per month). I was wondering what the usual percentage would be? 30/70, 35/65, 40/60, 50/50? -booking of appointments - his staff or direct booking -payment of fees for service - use of his credit card processing equipment, cheques made payable to etc. -laundry services -sale of product -hours of operation -access to office -advertising -promotional material I have just started thinking about this and I am sure there is alot of stuff that needs to be addressed that I haven't thought of. Based on other's experience, what other types of things should be considered? Any suggestions about areas that created problems or bottlenecks would be appreciated. Recommendations of how to handle specific areas that reduced problems would also be helpful. Thank you in advance for any suggestions or recommendations.
