Guest guest
I am making a blend for a group of people that I want to be multi-purpose. I want them to be able to wear it as a perfume, but also to be able to diffuse it (this is for a meeting that can be very stressful, so my customers want a calming blend). So they don't have diffusers available to them, but they do have hot water from the water cooler. I thought they could add a few drops to a few paper cups full of water around the room and the scent would spread. But, I don't want it to be a full-strength blend b/c I want them to be able to wear it, too. So, if I normally use about 30 drops of eo per oz of carrier, how much can I increase this to insure that it properly diffuses, but also stays safe to wear. I thought I could at least double the drops, seeing as there will be lavender in it. Any suggestions from aromatherapists and/or perfumers -- or anyone! -- would be appreciated!
