The stronger the microscope, the more detailed the picture. Take for example a strand of hair. Place it under the microscope, what do you see? something resembling a strand of rope, stronger microscope and you break it down to cell structure to DNA profile. Now, If there is any " activity' there, it's because you have a little critter in your hair, not because your hair itself is moving. So. With that having been said. You take a drop of Lavender and stick it under the microscope and you see it moving? Well, then your Lavender is critter infested and I don't want to know about it. As for the frequency garbage that is spouted by YLEO, here is a perfect example of it: http://www.luminanti.com/yleo\ frequency.html Well, according to THIS page EVERYTHING has a frequency, so how is it that YLEO oils MOVE with their frequency and other oils do not...Capice? You cannot claim that everything has a frequency and THEN claim that yours is ALIVE with it, and others are flat ... In THIS person's opinion its just another example of double talk that means SOD ALL! All this frequency hype (and it's just that) is another marketing ploy to rope people in to " Fix their Frequency for optimum health " garbage. After all, if I have a cancer, my frequency is out of whack, but I can counter balance it , get rid of the cancer by using YLEO frequency balancing oils... Going back into Hiding, Butch, who is much more clever than this old battle axe will do a much better job of explaining it, my migraine is playing havoc...shucks, I know! My frequency is out of whack and I need YLEO oils, the only oils in the world with the proper frequency that will fix it! >sigh< Cheers! Guest guest
Hi Butch, Yeah, I went to la la land after that post last night, sorry so long for reply. The other company is Young Living. You know the fog is lifting. That doesn't really make sense that one person only can read the results. DUH! so I'm a blond, (not really, shhhh!). LOL! I read that only one person could read it from a post on another group. I heard it quite a few times. I do have one question on analysis. They claim to take Lavendar and put it under a microscope and there will be activity....when another brand of Lavendar is placed under the microscope it looks like a plain picture. Now is this the frequency level showing activity? Is this because maybe another company didn't use the low pressure, low distillation method that YL states that they do? Also when I buy from another place with oils I wonder what method was used to abstract the oils from the plants. I am still learning so forgive my stupidness (my word). Inquiring minds... Carol Mcilvane - Butch Owen Friday, November 08, 2002 9:47 AM GC and GC/MS ** Was: New Item - Snow White Shea Butter Soap Base Hey Carol, Chris still needs to answer this one .. methinks. But Chris is probably sleeping now. I did one of my all nighters and am still wide awake but a bit cranky .. ;-p I have a question or two. > Wow Chris, > I love your site!!! It's very inviting. Under the essential oils it > states that it is GC monitored. The oils she sells are GC or GC/MS tested .. not just monitored. > With another company (won't say where) they boast about this but > recently I read that only " one person " is able to read this GC. Who is the other company? Where did you read that only " one person " is able to read the GC? I hope you will answer my question .. but I know that Young Living has long claimed they test their oils .. but the tests are their property and not to be distributed to buyers. And I have read YL groupies claim that Gary Young in the only man in the whole wide world that has the knowledge to read a Gas Chromatography or GC/Mass Spectometry analysis. Of course, that was a surprise to the thousands of chemists and lab techs throughout the world who thought they were pretty damn good at reading them .. and it was more surprising to the professors who teach folks to conduct them and properly interpret the results. ;-p > Do you have any info on how this GC works? I posted on this a few days ago .. probably in the archieves. I have a lotta info on how a GC works .. probably a lot more than Gary Young. If you have specific questions on analyses .. whip'em on me and I'll field them for you. :-P Butch
