EO Disinfectant Spray?

I posted a similar inquiry on one other list, sorry if some of you

see it twice! A customer has asked me to make a disinfectant spray,

and I thought I could make one fairly easily using eo's, distilled

water and polysorbate. She wants to use this to spray on

countertops, also on children's hands - the youngest is two years

old.

 

Any suggestions on what percentage eo's to how much water?

 

Suggestions on which eo's to use would also be greatly appreciated, I

was thinking of tea tree, lavender, (my ultimate favorites!) and

maybe a bit of eucalyptus and lemon and/or orange? Too many?
