A quick reply on this afore I head home. YES .. I take Oregano and

Rosemary .. but I don't recommend it as I'm not a medical doctor. I

know of many others who ingest Oregano.

Folks must make INFORMED decisions in this regard. But I've not used an

over the counter or prescription drug since 1996.

Methinks any oil with antimicrobial properties would do this .. and I

can think of none more appropriate that Oregano. In fact, the idea of

blending a bunch of oils to increase the potency by creating what some

like to call a synergy (which I think is something done by nature) is

often a part of the marketing hype used by some to sell more oils. I

would be cautious ingesting clove.

There is danger to abuse of any substance containing chemicals. One

should know the levels of toxicity. And one should be aware of the safe

levels of dilution for dermal use too.

The ONLY safety manual on proven safe dilutions for dermal application

is Plant Aromatics. The old edition was $75 .. I have published the

new, revised edition and offer it for $43.90 .. it can be seen and

ordered at URL http://www.av-at.com/plantaromaticsavnp.html I am the

exclusive dealer of this publication in North and South America.

Nothing wrong with having an inquiring mind. I might recommend you take
