Guest guest
Here is a really goofy question........does anyone out there know how to burn the coiled incense? I have tried everything from breaking off tiny pieces to dangling it from a high location. Let's see if I can describe it: There is a shallow metal pan with a 1/2 inch lip, about 4 inches across that is the base. There is a little piece of metal on the inside lip that makes me think of a bracket for holding a flagpole. You insert a piece of metal that comes with the burner into the 'flagpole holder bit' so that the metal wire stands upright about 4 inches, and on the upper end, it is bent slightly into a 'scoop' form. You get the coiled incense, light the *innermost* point of the coil, and carefully hang the outer end of hte coil from the 'scoop' form. Then, the coil burns from the inside/out, and the ash drops into the shallow pan. HTH. PS I don't have any coiled incense! Someone gave some great stuff to me years ago, I misplaced it, bought some that was horrible, and threw it out. But I do have the coil burner, LOL. http://member.newsguy.com/~herblady ©
